Don Robinson also came into this court case with his 'expert forensic report'. This report is 114 pages long. With this report in hand Ritchie lost and could not get a ruling favouring his idea that this painting was not authentic.

The courts does not see Don Robinson as any kind of forensic expert because Don Robinson has no credentials as a forensic expert unlike Brian Lindblom of the Document Examination Consultants Inc. who had conducted dozens of forensic examinations on the 1970's Morrisseau paintings and concluding that they are genuine pieces of art authored by Norval Morrisseau. Don Robinson's forensic report is a 'layman's account' and personal opinion. That is not backed up by any expertise in the field of forensics. The Judge saw through this descrepency right away. It was a nice trick for Don Robinson to try and pull off but it failed.

Otherwise Ritchie would have been the winner considering Joe Otavnik did not come into this court case with any documentation of his own in the form of an appraisal and/or forensic report on the painting he owned as he did in a case against Gabe Vadas: http://norvalmorrisseau.blogspot.com/2010/07/norval-morrisseau-conspiracy-unveiled_7308.html .

An unfortunate oversight on Joe Otavnik's part which should have seemed an obvious thing for him to have done.

Fortunate for Ritchie Sinclair that the judge didn't put this individual into jail for harrasing Joe Otavnik's key witness 'Joseph McLeod'.

Details of this incedent involving Joseph McLeod and Ritchie Sinclair before Joe Otavnik's case are posted in this blog: http://norvalmorrisseau.blogspot.com/2011/01/jail-or-bail-for-ritchie-sinclair-aka.html .

SPQRAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
