>>> As per statement presented in a post by Kinsman Robinson Galleries blog at http://genuinemorrisseau.blogspot.com/ (click HERE) it is stated that allegations presented on the NORVAL MORRISSEAU BLOG referring to Kinsman Robinson Galleries 'are unfair and false, offensive, mean-spirited & were published either with the knowledge that they were false, or with conscious disregard for the truth'. Yesterday I have received the second 'Notice of Libel' from FRASER MILNER CASGRAIN LLP on behalf of Kinsman Robinson Galleries, Donald C. Robinson and Paul C. H. Robinson involving the posts and comments published on this platform.

Boozho! I am a collector and admirer of Norval Morrisseau's art for more than 10 years now. I have started this blog in November of 2007 as a response to the misinformation that has been presented in the media and elsewhere. I intended to create a platform where people could come and speak freely about Norval Morrisseau’s art and anything regarding to the Heritage of the Ojibway people and about art in general - A Mission that is still in motion.

All of the Kinsman Robinson Galleries' provocations from the very beginning of this blog's life towards me and others (which I have documented and will be presented if needed to) were directed towards eliminating all of the voices from the "other side of the Morrisseau Story".

Millions of dollars have been invested by collectors in acquiring Norval Morrisseau's art which are now being questioned for its authenticity. I felt need to be the voice for the "other side of the Norrisseau Story" which sadly differs from the 'opposing side'. I feel I am acting in public interest... constantly supported by large number of collectors deeply concerned about Norval Morrisseau's Art Market situation.

I am inviting Donald C. Robinson and Paul C. H. Robinson to ‘speak’ freely on this platform by presenting the facts & materials backed up with corresponding documentation which will clear or deny all allegations they might have about my actions which transpired from the inceptions on this blog. All of the information will be presented on this platform in its true form unedited.

If they prove that my research dedicated to the great Canadian painter Norval Morrisseau was unfair, false, offensive, mean-spirited & was published either with the knowledge that they were false, or with conscious disregard for the truth - I will address this forum, delete all pertinent material and express my deepest apologies to Kinsman Robinson Galleries, Donald C. Robinson and Paul C. H. Robinson.

NOTE: I have removed all of the comments considered by the KRG to be defamatory and I deleted couple of words for which I found not to be appropriate. For the rest of the material presented on this blog listed in both of the ‘Schedule A’ for the ‘Notice of Libel’ dated December 23rd, 2010 & January 6th, 2011 I stand behind words used as material to implement these words was acquired from public domain, cross-checked for inconsistencies and then compared with all relevant information which I had in my disposal at a time of publishing. Substantial amount of information which KRG complained of refers to trusted and verifiable material acquired from different sources which are visibly noted adjacent to the materials in question.

Thank you for your attention and 'May the Blessing Be'.

My husband and I bought two Morrisseau paintings (Thunderbird, and Loons) over 20 years ago. Long before we knew that he was famous. The person we purchased them from bought them directly from the artist at his studio over 30 years ago. We've known this man for 30 years and have not one shred of doubt as to their authenticity. The attempts of Kinsman Robinson Galleries to claim that every work by N.M. that they don't directly profit from is a fake is not only ridiculous but libelous. The owner of this blog is motivated by a desire to see the life's work of Norval Morrisseau receive the recognition and honor that it deserves. We've been shocked and saddened that this group of people with the Kinsman Robinson Galleries are attempting to silence Spirit Walker through legal means. The love of money truly is the root of all evil.
