* Formerly S8871/08 (Otavnik Vs Sinclair and Kinsman Robinson Galleries)
• Ritchie R. Sinclair, the defendant in the main case.
• three of Ritchie Sinclair's supporters, including his roommate, Garth Cole, and two women.
• two members of the public.
Since completion of the case, there have been no newspaper articles or court transcripts on the judge's decision published or available anywhere. Therefore, the only possible sources of information available about what was in the judge’s final decision are listed above.
Less than two days of the judge making his ruling to the handful of people in the courtroom, horrifically vicious, hate-filled comments, using vile, scatological language, and sent anonymously, began to arrive at the NORVAL MORRISSEAU BLOG. Not only were the comments filthy, but they contained deliberately false information (i.e. blatant lies).
This is truly astonishing, because it is extremely hard to believe that someone can be so stupid as to think they can send "anonymous" comments and maintain their anonymity when there were only nine people in the entire world who heard and know the judge's decision.
So who, of the seven non-court people in the courtroom when the judge's decision was read, could possibly be the source of the communications containing deliberately distorted information, and vile, filthy, language?
It is certainly not the plaintiff (Joseph Otavnik), or the two members of the general public who were observers.
That leaves only Ritchie Sinclair, his roommate (Garth Cole) and his two women supporters as sources of these vile comments, and the lies and very distorted misinformation they contain.
There is simply no other possible source, since court transcripts of the decision will not be available for months, no media reporters were there for the decision, and no newspaper articles were published.
Ritchie's roommate, Garth Cole, appears quite mild-mannered. The two women supporters appear to be quite decent.
By a simple process of elimination of 6 of the 7 people, there is no remaining doubt whatsoever that these vile, sick comments originate from Ritchie Sinclair, either directly, or indirectly through information he sent to one or more of his associates.
Ritchie R. Sinclair has certainly shown his true vicious and foul-mouthed nature in these comments, whether they came directly from him, or from friends or supporting witnesses he has chosen to involve in his quest to destroy legacy of the greatest Canadian painter Norval Morrisseau.
>>> The following are samples of the number of "anonymous" comments intended to be published on the NORVAL MORRISSEAU BLOG. All items are presented in chronological order:
Why because you say so? Too bad no one believes you. Too bad Norval himself called them out as fakes. Too bad the market is saying they are forgeries. Anybody buying your shit?
The wagons are circling!

The comment made in one of the emails that you recieved Spiritwalker states that the court recognizes Don Robinson of Kinsman Robinson galleries as an expert? Don Robinson also came into this court case with his 'expert forensic report'. This report is 114 pages long. With this report in hand Ritchie lost and could not get a ruling favouring his idea that this painting was not authentic.
The courts does not see Don Robinson as any kind of forensic expert because Don Robinson has no credentials as a forensic expert unlike Brian Lindblom of the Document Examination Consultants Inc. who had conducted dozens of forensic examinations on the 1970's Morrisseau paintings and concluding that they are genuine pieces of art authored by Norval Morrisseau. Don Robinson's forensic report is a 'layman's account' and personal opinion. That is not backed up by any expertise in the field of forensics. The Judge saw through this descrepency right away. It was a nice trick for Don Robinson to try and pull off but it failed.
Otherwise Ritchie would have been the winner considering Joe Otavnik did not come into this court case with any documentation of his own in the form of an appraisal and/or forensic report on the painting he owned as he did in a case against Gabe Vadas: http://norvalmorrisseau.blogspot.com/2010/07/norval-morrisseau-conspiracy-unveiled_7308.html .
An unfortunate oversight on Joe Otavnik's part which should have seemed an obvious thing for him to have done.
Fortunate for Ritchie Sinclair that the judge didn't put this individual into jail for harrasing Joe Otavnik's key witness 'Joseph McLeod'.
Details of this incedent involving Joseph McLeod and Ritchie Sinclair before Joe Otavnik's case are posted in this blog: http://norvalmorrisseau.blogspot.com/2011/01/jail-or-bail-for-ritchie-sinclair-aka.html .
