I must say that the signature you show here, even though it is only his first name, is quite different than the example shown on the krg site. Is it safe to assume that like his art, his signature changed through the years as well?m.g.

I think the choice of "Dance of the Weasals" is highly appropriate for this blog. It's a perfect summation of what transpired within in regards to content. It's not a genuine Morrisseau according to the experts but it it ironic and funny! Thanks!

I have never stated that he gave me a copy of a letter in person. Robert Lavack e-mailed me the scanned letter.
